A tour of your dashboard
The dashboard is where you land after signing in. Here is what is on it, from the top.
The summary
Four figures across the top:
- Active services: how many services you have.
- Outstanding balance: what you owe right now.
- Next renewal: the date your next renewal is due.
- Two-factor auth: whether two-step verification is on. If it is off, there is a link to turn it on.
Above them you may see a banner if your payment card is about to expire, or if something is wrong on our side.
The tabs
- Services lists everything you have. You can search by name, type, group or tag, filter by type or group, and sort the list.
- Billing shows your latest invoice and any quotes waiting for you.
- Order & manage has a button for each product you can manage, each thing you can order, your billing pages and your account, and the help links.
Search
The search bar finds any page or any of your services by name. Press Ctrl+K (or ⌘K on a Mac) from anywhere, or / when you are not typing in a box. It can also start, stop and restart a server, after asking you to confirm.
If you know something exists but cannot remember where, All services lists every page, grouped by what it is for.
When something looks wrong
The status page says whether a problem is on our side and what we are doing about it. If it is not there, raise a support ticket.
