Create your VPS GB account

You need an account to order anything, manage your services or raise a support ticket. It takes a couple of minutes.

  1. Go to Get started.
  2. Fill in your name, email address, a password of at least 8 characters, and your address. Your full name is one to three words.
  3. Send the form. We email you a link to confirm your address.

If you see "An account with this email already exists", you already have one: use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get back in.

Confirm your email

Open the email and follow the link. It works for 48 hours. If it has expired, try to sign in: the sign-in page then offers Need another confirmation link?. Asking for a new link cancels the old one.

You cannot sign in until your email address is confirmed. Most accounts are active as soon as you confirm. A few are checked by a person first; if yours is, the page tells you so, and you can sign in once we have activated it.

Sign in with Microsoft, Google or GitHub

When these are offered, the sign-in page asks for your email address first and then shows a Continue with button for each one.

  • No account yet? The sign-up form opens with your name and email already filled in. Your email counts as confirmed, so there is no link to click, and a password is optional.
  • Already have an account with the same email? Type your VPS GB password once to link the two. After that, the provider signs you straight in.
  • Two-step verification still applies. If it is on, you are asked for your code after the provider has signed you in.

You can see and remove linked sign-ins under Linked sign-ins on My Account. Removing one asks for your password, so if you signed up without a password, set one with Forgot password first.

Forgot your password?

Use Forgot password. The reset link works for one hour, and asking for another one cancels the first. Resetting your password also signs out any devices you told us to remember and cancels your API tokens, so you will need to make new ones.
