Raise a support ticket

Support is a form in your account that becomes a ticket you can follow and reply to. Before you start, the status page says whether we already know about a problem.

Send a request

  1. Sign in and open Get help. There is also a Get support link on each server's page that picks the server for you.
  2. Choose the service it is about. If it is about your account or billing, or the service is not listed, there are options for those too.
  3. Choose what kind of problem it is, and how much it is affecting you.
  4. Give it a short title, and describe what you expected and what happened instead, with any error messages.
  5. Optionally, say when it started and what you have already tried.
  6. Choose Send to support.

We add your name, email, phone number, the service's reference and your browser automatically, so you do not need to type them.

Never include passwords. We will never ask for one.

Screenshots and logs

You can attach up to 4 files to a request or a reply, up to 10 MB each: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, PDF, TXT, LOG, CSV or ZIP. A ticket can hold up to 50 MB of files in total. If a request is refused for any reason, choose your files again before sending, because browsers do not keep them.

Following your ticket

Your request opens a ticket, and you land on its page. All your tickets are on Support tickets, each marked Open, Waiting for us, Waiting for you or Closed.

  • We email you when we answer. The email does not contain the reply itself: sign in to read it.
  • Reply on the ticket's page to add anything.
  • Sorted? Choose Close this ticket. If the problem comes back, reply and it reopens.

Not signed in?

If you cannot sign in, or do not have an account yet, use the contact form on our home page and we will reply by email.
