Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer, ordering for yourself rather than for a business, you can cancel any order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you place the order.
Why you pay for the days you used
Our services are set up as soon as they are paid for, usually within minutes. So every order form asks you to confirm that you want us to start straight away, inside those 14 days. Because you asked us to start:
- if you cancel within the 14 days, you pay for the service up to the time you told us you were cancelling, in proportion to the period you paid for, and we refund the rest;
- we refund you without undue delay, and within 14 days of you telling us, to the payment method you used.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] or
open a support ticket, and tell us the order reference. It
starts VPSGB- and is on your order page and your invoice. A clear statement
that you are cancelling is enough. Our terms include a
model cancellation form you can use if you like, but you do not have to.
When it does not apply
This right is for consumers only. If you order for a business, trade or profession, it does not apply, and the usual cancellation terms do.
After the 14 days, the usual cancellation terms apply to everyone.
